Controls are unresponsive and buggy

The game is mostly unplayable on iPhone 6 due to controls that are uncooperative and buggy, especially the alternate control scheme.

Game is pretty and innovative but is crippled by constant wrestling with controls. I got tired of dying so much, simply due to the controls not working.
